International Media Centre

The International Media Centre will provide a work base for all journalists and broadcast teams. Facilities will include downloadable event photography, business amenities and a "what's on" board.

The International Media Centre will be situated in Hall 9.

This year, in line with the country’s bid to reduce our own carbon footprint, Interiors Birmingham will offer a paperless option in the Media Centre. Paper press packs will still available but exhibitors will now be encouraged to supply digital press packs.

Journalists will be issued with a USB memory stick when they arrive at the event. Exhibitor press packs will be uploaded onto the PCs in the Media Centre and journalists will be able to drag the information onto memory sticks.

In doing so, we are creating a sustainable environment which will also negate the need for journalists to carry around heavy bags of press material.
